Ideally, this person will have a two year technical degree and three plus years experience in assembly and testing of electronic systems as well as systems installation. Job responsibilities will include Assisting with system integration, trouble shooting, inventory control, assembly and testing of electronic instruments as well as project management. Position: Production Manager

A Pelham area Manufacturing and Engineering firm is looking for a Production Manager with a strong background in Inventory control. Ideally this person will have 3+ years experience in a production / inventory management environment. Candidates should have a minimum of an Associate’s degree, though a Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. The position pays between $35K and $40K base salary, plus BCBS benefits and has a strong bonus potential attached for high performers! Total compensation can easily reach $45K+!
Job responsibilities will include supporting, trouble shooting, upgrading existing products (PLC systems, data acquisition systems). Additionally, the Production Manager will be responsible for shipping and receiving, equipment repair, and some customer service. The company operates throughout North America so this position will have the possibility to travel, including internationally.
